Description

Echoes of Bengal is an enchanting six-piece circular canvas gallery wrap collection celebrating the lyrical cadence, folklore traditions, and timeless vitality of Indian indigenous art. Drawing inspiration from the expressive visual vocabulary of Bengal Patachitra, Kalighat painting, and traditional Pichwai art, each round tondo canvas captures a lively vignette of human devotion, classical dance, and sacred fauna framed within modern circular contours.

Across the six compositions, a vibrant narrative of Indian heritage unfolds: a graceful village woman carrying an earthen pitcher beside lotus blossoms; a joyful trio of traditional Baul percussionists immersed in devotional melody against deep maroon; a rhythmic classical dancer in joyous movement upon a serene blue lotus pond; a sacred spotted deer pausing beneath blossoming branches on warm gold; a whimsical folk cat resting serenely beside water lilies under a glowing orange sky; and a loving cow and calf embodying maternal tenderness against rich plum.

The harmonious interplay of earthy ochre, radiant marigold, vivid vermilion, royal cobalt blue, and deep magenta creates a festive, jewel-toned visual rhythm. The frame-free round gallery-wrap silhouette softens rigid architectural lines, turning any blank wall into a warm, culture-steeped gallery installation suitable for heritage homes, eclectic modern apartments, and contemporary living spaces alike.

Frequently asked questions

The Echoes of Bengal collection features six circular canvas gallery wraps inspired by Kalighat and Bengal folk traditions: a village woman with an earthen pot, a trio of traditional Baul drummers, a joyful classical dancer, a spotted deer in a grove, a stylized folk cat by a lotus pond, and a sacred cow with her calf.
Each piece is produced using museum-grade Giclée printing with fade-resistant pigment inks on heavyweight archival canvas. The printed canvas is stretched seamlessly around curved solid wooden frames with finished edges, arriving fully assembled with hanging hardware included.
You can arrange the six round canvases in a symmetrical two-tier grid (two rows of three) for a structured architectural statement above a sofa or dining table, or mount them in a free-flowing organic salon cluster to add fluid rhythm to a large living room or hallway wall.
