We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. When are return requests accepted?
To process a return request, you must provide an unpacking video of the shipment package. Please note:
- All products are made to order and cannot be refunded if delivered in good condition.

For framed Giclee Prints, return requests are accepted for:
- Artwork shipped in the wrong size
- Artwork shipped on the wrong paper type
- Artwork shipped in the wrong frame
- Artwork delivered in a damaged condition.

For other products, return requests are accepted for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product delivered in damaged condition.
Refund claims must be made within 7 days of product receipt. Refunds are not applicable for prints showing signs of use, opened art frames, or items missing parts.
2. How long does the refund procedure take?

Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours upon receipt of the product. Refund processing time depends on the payment method:
- Expected refund time (post-initiation): 3-5 working days
- Refund duration may vary across banks.
- Partial refunds may apply in specific cases.
3. Cancellation:
Buyers can cancel orders within 1 hour of placement, but not after 1 hours under any circumstance.
If an order returns to the origin after a delivery attempt, shipping charges will apply for re-delivery of Artwork exceeding 12x18 Inches. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, a 40% deduction will be made, and the remaining amount refunded.
